2 years contract position - negotiable to discuss contract renewal after 2-year completion.

・Provide consulting services with Japanese companies.
・In charge of M&A project financial consulting.
・Finacial check of M&A advisory.
・Executing client company's financial analysis.
・Making financial cash flow model and propose to clients.
・Making business valuation calculation.
・In charge of taxation and financial management of M&A projects.
・Making presentation for approaching to investors
・Making presentation for approaching to new funding sources.
・Marketing analysis on M&A taxation and financial management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Experienced person in the M&A, financial or investment field.
・Graduate from university with GPA 3.2 or higher.
・Having financial consultant for M&A experience for 3-5 years.
・Having M&A project experience is preferred.
・Passionate in career in finance or M&A advisory field.
・Major in business or other related field.
・Obtaining CFA and CPA is advantage.
・Business level of English.
・Candidates who can commute to office within an hour.
・Bright, and open-mind person who can communicate with teams well.
・Japanese and Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
