For Khaokho Talaypu Products

Job Description

- Propose and approve Marketing and investment plans with owners/senior management including brand positioning, product portfolio, channel strategy, and activity planning to achieve sales targets.
- Define NPD and EPD projects for the in-house Product Development team to deliver exciting products to our target customers
- Work with support from our in-house Digital/E-Commerce team and external creative & media agencies to deliver exciting brand communication and product launch campaigns
- Work with the in-house Design team on Packaging, POSM, and Digital materials to maximize the impact of the brand communication market.
- Analyze brand performance and control marketing budget per agreed plan
- Lead ABMs in executing the brand’s day-to-day operational activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of work experience in marketing of a leading FMCG company
- Bachelor’s degree or Master ‘s degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- Experience and a successful track record in launching new brands and products will be an advantage.
- Creative and up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in Thai Consumer Goods
- Good Project Management and Interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Eager to drive Thai Consumer Brands.
