Job Scope:
1. Manage day-to-day operations, develop menus, purchase supplies, train and supervise staff, maintain health and safety standards, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
2. Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall dining experience for guests.
3. Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
4. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service;
3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements;
4. Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel;
6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures;
7. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork;
8. Comply with all health and safety regulations;
9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
3. At least 5 years of work experience in food & beverage management field from hotel and/or resort with strong marketing strategic planning skills. (Experienced in a similar position in 5 star hotels is a plus).
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Able to work at Khaoyai.
