【Objective】
Main product (Real Estate and Commercial facilities and others buying/selling)

Looking for the person who interested with starting up develop real estate business with manager.
Looking for the person who can handle real estate business and your subordinate.
※When our project successful, you will have chance of promotion in the future.
※The main business of this Department is real estate buying and selling.


【Job Description】
・To develop realestate business（Real Estate and Commercial facilities and othes buying/selling）
・To develop realestate management system.
・To manage your subordinate (Training, Target, etc)
・To find and guide your customer as real estate agent until close the deal.
・To follow up new custoer and existing customer well.
・To collect and draft information required for the contract according to the format of the contract.
・To receive direct inquiries from customer during holiday.
・To handling all other tasks as assigned by the manager in charge

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Female Only
・Age between 30 - 39 years old
・More than 5 years of real estate buying and selling experience (Real Estate or Commercial facilities and others)
・Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 700 UP)
・Professional knowledge in the real estate industry
・No job hopper
