JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for managing the team instead of the commanding officer.
- Survey the sales areas in the provinces for which you are responsible.
- Inspect the performance of the Sales/PC team to ensure that the work is carried out smoothly.
- Visit major customers together with the manager.
- Monitor and verify sales results from subordinates.
- Assist in negotiating and promoting sales with business partners.
- Conduct team meetings to provide guidance and updates.
- Provide support for translation and interpretation tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male (Preferred), 22-30 years old (New grads with good command of Chinese are welcome)
- Who is potential & willing to growth up for the Sales Manager position
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Chinese language or a related field (with HSK5-6)
- Able to travel to other provinces, depending on responsible areas (BKK/ Nakhon Ratchasima/ Phuket/ Surat Thani/ Prachin Buri/ Udon Thani/ etc.)
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to withstand pressure.
- Must be hardworking, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to drive a car.
- Immediate availability for work will be considered a plus.
