- Plan, Organize, Develop, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product, Product And Business - Management & Development,Marketing Analysis And Trade Promotion
- Analyze the marketplace to identify new market segments
- Monitor and increase company sales and marketing by developing long-term and short-term goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve the company's target
- Implement PR strategy to build brand image in market.
- Conducting out the market research plan and market analysis segmentation, and customer insight to develop and improve tactics.
- Generating monthly report to management in terms of marketing activities, product launch plan, campaign and other target as being assigned with action / improvement plan

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Experience of doing product marketing or sales at least 10 years.
- Self-motivated, able to do self-study, problem solving, organized, responsible person.
- Good ability of communication with people.
- Strong leadership and honest to company..
- Good Command of English
