Responsible project in BKK and Pattaya
- Present an overall plan and details, formulate a sales strategy, and outline sales department activities to achieve sales targets
- Manage the sales team and sales performance, both in house and agency channels
- Analyze competitors, assess and summarize sales results, including analyzing marketing activities that impact sales
- Manage customer service operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 40-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
- Have at least 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including houses and condominiums, and the ability to close sales.
- Have experience in sales planning, training sales teams, and overseeing the sales department of the company.
- Business level of English
- Able to communication in Chinese would be advantage
