JOB DETAIL

1. Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs
2. Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand new customer bases
3. Organize, update, and keep records of customers
4. Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team
5. Monitor and follow up on new inquiries from the new customer even coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport
6. Issue Quotation as by customer requested
7. Handle complaints and solve the problem or present solutions as customer satisfaction
8. Perform and prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business Administration or Logistics field
2. Male /Female not over 40 years old
3. New graduates or candidates who have experience as Sales Executive in a freight company, preferably in Air Freight
4. Intermediate level of English, and Japanese Level
5. Able to work independently and also a good team player with operations
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office
