Recruitment
• Develop recruitment plans and workforce planning.
• Execute the hiring process from start to finish.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and engage with potential candidates to meet the organization's needs.
• Manage job descriptions, job postings, and candidate selection based on job requirements.
• Handle the hiring process, including conducting interviews and managing onboarding procedures.
• Facilitate orientation and manage employee transfers and promotions.
Training
• Develop training plans aligned with the company's policies.
• Conduct training sessions to meet employee development goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Facilitate orientation for new employees.
• Coordinate and oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) activities across departments.
• Ensure compliance with legal documentation related to training.
• Prepare training reports.
• Follow up on the outcomes of training programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth training operations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or female age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions with knowledge and understanding of recruitment and training, preferably in an industrial company.
• Strong leadership qualities, systematic work approach, innovative thinking, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changes, and manage work within resource and time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Drive applications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
