• Efficient Project Management: Coordinate and manage installation projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Technical Expertise: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and systems to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation such as project records, service reports, and customer feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support departments, to ensure successful project execution and continuous customer support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, installation, and service roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to installation and service.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, with experience maintaining accurate project records and service reports.
• Collaborative work experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to project installation and service.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in the relevant industry or field (e.g., construction, technology, manufacturing) is preferred but not mandatory.
