• Design and develop automation systems to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and systems.
• Train staff on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of electrical and control systems.
• Experience with robotics and motion control systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
