【Job Description】
-Finding new developer or area to open company's branch
-Approaching developer or real estate and making appointment
-Analyze market value and potential of opening branch in a area
-Negotiate of rental fee and cost
-Visiting potential area to open new branches
-Work closely with Japanese manager
-Execute other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in any related field
-At least an intermediate level of English both speaking, reading, writing and listening
-Minimum 3 years of sales or store development experience
-Active and easy-going person
-Strong negotiation skills
-Passionate in building retail business
-Having a driving license
