【Main Duty】
Increase awareness and sales of your own products through EC sites.（LAZADA）
【Products】
Own brand sporting goods

【Job Description】
・Responsible for owned and third-party EC operation including merchandise mix, inventory control, and manage sales performance, profit and operation expenses against targets and budget.
・Analyzing sales results and making up business review on monthly basis showing EC sales performance (KPIs, sell-through by product category, consumer buying patterns and EC store data)
・Plan marketing/promotion to attract customers into EC stores and to provide with better customer journey and experiences.
・Working on O2O (Online to Offline/Offline to Online) marketing from scratch, working together with digital team members.
・Keep researching potential market to develop EC business planning and business plan.
・Devise digital marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profit.
・Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities.
・Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Male or Female
・Bachelor’s degree
・Age between 25 - 30 years old
・More than 3 years of sales experience in retail related or experience in operating an EC site
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 750 UP）
・No Job Hopper

【Advantage】
・Working experience in the Sales or in handling EC accounts have an advantage
・Basic skill for leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
・Deep knowledge of Facebook and Instagram digital platform
・Good team player and work hard under pressure
・Passion for Sports and Sports products
・Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
