REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender (age between 43-48 years old)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in progressively responsible marketing roles, preferably the beauty and cosmetics industry
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse marketing team.
