Drive Marketing Strategy:
● Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities.
● Focus on growing the target customer database, promoting the company image, and collaborating with business partners to expand the customer base.
● Analyze results and continuously adapt strategies to achieve marketing goals. Create Marketing Content:
● Develop engaging and targeted content for various marketing materials such as articles, social media posts,videos, and infographics.
● Manage various online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LINE, etc.
● Professionally interact with customers on online channels.

Project Management:
● Organize and manage promotional marketing activities.
● Collaborate with internal teams.
● Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Data Analysis:
● Collect and analyze marketing data.
● Utilize data to improve and refine marketing strategies.
● Report results to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education:
○ Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising & Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:
○ 2 years of experience in both online and offline marketing in beauty products or related.
○ Basic Level of English

Skills:
○ Understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
○ Data analysis skills.
○ Excellent communication skills.
○ Teamwork abilities.
○ Creativity.
○ Presentation skills.
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
○ Knowledge of Graphic/Artwork (able to brief designers).

Additional Skills (Preferred):
○ Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
○ Experience with online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
○ Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends.
