JOB DETAIL

Report to GM(JP)/Department Manager(Thai)
Subordinates: 6 people
- Coordinate with oversea customer's requirement in term of delivery, providing problem-solving and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Factory side for Delivery adjustment, quality issue, new model, logistic and problem solving with production site and THBT related department.
- Accomplishes customer service human resource objective and target by recruiting, hire, training, coaching, organizing, improving, evaluation and provide feedback team members
- Manage and develop team by assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Support audit activity (Accounting, Business audit, Compliance, IATF) and propose system improvements
- Enforces company policies, regulation and procedures, leading team to driving internal activities such as 5S/Kaizen, DEI, training, Digital transformation and etc
- Monitoring of work progress and report urgent and important issue to management level.
- Responsible for Invoice summary, Sales recording, transportation budget and result summary, long plan(monthly) forecast, analysis (FC and Plan/Actual Sales and budget) and Monthly export document summary.
- Cooperation with shipping company for smoothly operation and negotiation about logistics cost down and optimizing resources.
- Working on product life status survey, feasibility study, pilot project and Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- To handle special project with Government sectors such as registration of Company's information change in Government section system, support Thai customs new regulation, DFT backward investigation issue.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, Age between 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 10 years experience in Export Sales or related field
- Good Command in English (TOEIC score more than 650)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good computer literacy i.e., Outlook , Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
