JOB DETAIL

Sales & Orders:   
- Process daily sales orders
- Handle day-to-day activity and operations
- Liaise with store/warehouse on delivery arrangements for confirmed orders

Translation:
- Translation of website information and SNS information. (From English to Thai)

Website/Social Media/Google Management:
- To handle online marketplace. (Shopee, Lazada)
- Manage Company E-commerce site and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) account.
- Improve user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and develop brand loyalty.
- Shooting products video with video editing for monthly marketing campaign use and branding.
- Understanding and experience in, UX, UI, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and Google Analytics.

Handle customers inquiries and complaints:
- Social Media: Facebook & Instagram
- Marketplace Chat
- Email

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in any related field
-Knowledge of design banners skill (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
-Knowledge of Video Editing (Adobe Premium/CapCut)
-At least an intermediate level of English both speaking, reading, writing and listening
-Active and easy-going person
-Passionate in building retail business
-Able to start working immediately
