Supervise and manage construction projects, including setting up, but starting the project until the construction is completed and handed over.
1. Prepare the project plan
2. Planning, scheduling the arrangement of materials and equipment and manpower required for the project.
3. Prepare and manage the budget and estimate the cost of the project.
4. Inspect, follow up and prepare reports on the progress of work according to the construction plan.
5. Plan, negotiate, hire sub-contractors
6. Inspect and follow up the work of the contractor to meet the standards according to the steps when correct. Qualifications
7. Check the amount of work and materials. in order to invest in a purchase order Project materials and remaining materials
8. Control the working environment to be safe and complies with safety standards.
9. Control, follow up the work of subordinates.
10. Allocate and manage resources to be ready to work in the project
11. Coordinate and follow up with the project owner.
12. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve on-site problems. in order to complete the work on time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only age 33 - 45 years old.
- Graduated bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- More than 5 years of work experience as Project manager in construction project (Especially in Factory and Warehouse).
- Good personality and leadership skill (Has to control sub-contractors)
- Has car and driving license.
- Can travel in up country (Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Chonburi, Rayong, etc)
- Intermediate of English
- Can work on Saturday.
