JOB DETAIL
1. Maintain and improve office services by organizing maid and tea lady.
2. Manage canteen supply requisitions.
3. Coordinate internally with meeting rooms and President's/MD's house booking for internal events of the company.
4. Provide support for matters related to payment, debit note and asset control, etc.
5. Take care of office environment and services of outsource maid & tea lady (with clear communication and monitor regularly).
6. Act as Helpdesk for office facilities booking (meeting room & President's/MD's house) and coordinate with
bookers, outsources staffs etc.
7. Control canteen supply stock in&out.
8. Process payment, debit note and asset
9. Control Postage Stamp
10. Control outsources staffs to work with full capacity and efficiently.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female. Age between 30-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. At least 5 years of experience in administrative or general affair field of work.
4. Must have TOEIC score 680 or higher or candidate who is graduated from international program.
