Project / Process Management
Be able to manage software development in Waterfall (V-Sharp)
Be able to manage software development in an Agile way, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Be able to create a plan for a large project and convert it into the Scrum framework.
Be able to manage the backlog and releases.
Be able to gather requirements, clarify wage points, and create good epics, user stories, and tasks.
Be able to manage stakeholders and adjust priorities accordingly.
Be able to manage bugs or incidents.
Be able to ensure product quality.
(Optional) It would be best if he/she uses Jira as the primary tool for managing software development.
Be able to manage team performance and set team KPIs.
(Optional) It would be best if he/she knows how to set up KPIs in the OKRs framework.
Be able to provide consultation to the team when facing obstacles or challenges during the project.
Be able to facilitate meetings to reach good outcomes.
Be able to provide ideas on how to improve processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Be able to manage the development knowledge in the team, such as maintaining the development wiki, etc.

People Management
Be able to manage the internal team and outsource from a people perspective.
Be able to provide training to the team in various areas of knowledge to improve productivity.
Be able to set up personal development plans according to the team's desired career development.
Be able to provide constructive feedback to the team and help create a culture of feedback within the team.
Be able to help/lead the team through changes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 38 - 43 years old with Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,Information Technology
- No. of Experiences: 5-10 years in the fields of system development
- Technical Management
Has a technical background, especially in frontend development, i.e. mobile and web.
Has knowledge of UX and is able to create rough wireframes if needed.
Be able to provide ideas/solutions to improve productivity or reduce the pain points from the technical and tool perspective.
- Personality
Has a positive and growth mindset.
Enjoys challenges and is not afraid of new changes.
