- Creating and implementing work processes that follow organizational standards and ensuring new organizational policies align with applicable regulations.
- Maintaining and updating the ASEAN governance framework, coordinating governance committee and board member meetings, monitoring certain business processes.
- Support Corporate strategy making Secretary of Governance, Risk, Compliance committee.
- Compliance promoting activity. PA, Contribution for Community, Cooperate CSR activity.
- Management of regulation system & operation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field.
- Experience preferred at least 5 years in corporate planning
- Collaborate with management level to advise performance management and organizational capability.
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures.　
- Excellent in presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with data supported.
- Very good command of verbal and written English.
