JOB DETAIL

1. Provide legal advisory to the management and business operation
2. Draft and review contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and International
3. Control Contract Management System and support all users in Group Company
4. Support and control all work in Team
5. Investigate and provide solution when legal & compliance issue occur
6. Other work as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (Prefer candidate who graduated from Thai Bar Associate)
3. Lawler License
4. 7 years of experience in Legal Field (Document Control, ISO Management System, etc,)
5. Upper Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC Score 800 or higher is an advantage)
