- Able to lead on tender submissions, cost planning, sourcing sub-cons, budget estimation, and
variation orders related to all the M&E works.
- Liaise and negotiate/ Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, Clients, Sub-contractors
and suppliers.
- To supervise and manage team of Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer with various functional
expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Sanitary System.
- Estimating experience in utilities and infrastructure with a recognized Main Contractor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- 7-10 years of working experience in estimating field
- Experienced in M&E Contractor business is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Good command of English.
- Good understanding of tender process management, requirements and dynamics.
- Engineering License level 1 or above
- Knowledge and experience of Bidding process
- Experience of making proposal
- Computer skill
- Able to go to construction site occasionally
- Teamwork skill
