- Implementing, reviewing and monitoring Corporate Policies and Procedures to ensure that the company is complying with the regulations.
- Ensure all the policies of internal procedures and outsourced agencies are compliant with internal compliance policies, laws and regulations of related regulators.
- Report to Department Head on identification of potential compliance risks and minimize it.
- Establish compliance strategies include all training to ensure the employees are aware and understand all compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and coordinate to implement the internet control system and procedures to ensure the internal control have been taken to all functions to avoid operational risk.
- Provide training to internal department and related parties
- Coordinate to implement the Business Continuity Plan, including emergency and crisis management, safety plan with related parties.
- Update new regulations from related financial institution and advise business unit on how it should be implemented accordingly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 27 - 35  years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economic/ Finance/ Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience in compliance, risk management, internal control, operation Control ,audit function or related functions
- Experience in internal and external fraud management
- Have background AML-CFT / PDPA/ FATCA or CRS law and training
- Good communicate in English
- Well-organized, details-oriented, mature and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in Policy & Procedure writing and review on financial business
