JOB DETAIL

1. Support outside sales to expanding new business and maintain existing customers.
2. Support sales promotion and marketing of airfreight services
3. Ensure customers' satisfaction and on quality of services.
4. Prepare of precise and completed quotation (RFQ) to the customer on time or to full fill customer's
demand after getting inquiry.
5. Follow up with customer and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related documents, billing,
claim, report, and other requirements.
6. Coordinate with Customer Service and other sections in order to share relevant information to
support customer requirements smoothly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male or Female, Japanese nationality
24 – 32 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related
fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in an Inside sales position (Preferably for Freight Forwarder or Import-Export).
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Speaking Thai preferable
Immediate or quick start working is preferred.
