1.Meeting with sales and design staff
-Creating a design concept that meets the requirements of that client and provides a facility suitable to the requirement.
-meeting with and questioning the client to ascertain all the requirements
-making proposals to the client
2.Preparation of construction plan, construction drawing
- creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
3.Accumulation, creation of budget documents
4.Temporary preparatory work, construction approval application approved construction completed
- writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts specifying the requirements for the project
- adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- playing a part in project and team management
- travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, Japanese nationality.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in architecture engineer or related field with First-Class Engineering License
- Age betbeen 40-65 years old with solid experiences in architectural engineering field as well as experiences in management level in project management in construction industry
- Strong management skill for construction business
- Good command of English both written and spoken (If able to communicate in Thai will be great advantage)
