- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
- Oversee the company’s Sales Target, marketing, financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Contact and negotiate with oversea supplier
- Directs and supervises the activities of staff
- Provides guidance for workers as needed and approves training opportunities
- Implements company policies
- Makes key decisions for managed entity
- Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions
- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, Age not over 55 years old
- Bachelor ''s degree in Finance, Business administration or related field.
- Good command in English
- At least 10 years ''s experience as Managing Director or other managerial position in any industry.
