• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and explore new client acquisitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, providing strategic counsel and solutions to achieve their business objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers and executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Provide support, and professional development to team members to enhance their capabilities and career growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and explore new client acquisitions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Prefer female, age 35 years old up.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and leading teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding a diverse team.
• Able to communicate in English (Intermediate/Higher)
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to client and business management.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving excellence.
