JOB DETAIL
• Procurement process from bidding to signature for Sales project
• Plan the strategy on Sales execution plan
• Management on Sales team to achieve the Sales strategy
• Responsible for solar projects realization from B2B
• Ensure that projects are managed in a proper way regarding budget, timeline, quality, and safety.
• Interact with other departments related to projects (licensing, procurement, accounting, O&M, engineering)
• Coordinate and follow up permitting and licensing process with client and licensing department
• Manage the customer relationship during the works
• Create, organize, and maintain documents related to projects to ensure good follow-up
• Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss the status of projects, project resources, commercial and technical strategic approaches, and other needs
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Any gender, age around 30-40
• Has experience 5 years in Sales, Project Management
• Experience in renewable energy sectors especially Solar Energy
• Have a strong leadership skill with self-driven leading to the mutual and collaborative goals
• Good command of English Level is a must
• Able to work upcountry
• Able to work immediately is highly preferred
1) we need hand on local distributors and installer networks
2) experience of solar equipments sales and distribution nation wide
3) knowledge of competitors ( brands, pricing, market segments)
We will focus on nation wide distributors, sub distributors at different province, installers
