JOB DETAIL
New Position (To expand market share of company''s products (Shrimp Food)
Report directly to General Manager (Indian) and Financial Controller (Taiwanese)
Purpose of hiring:
1.Developing program/project management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams
2.Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
3.Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Partner Support
1. Work closely with the sales team to formulate the business''s strategic plan and
provide insight and analysis into the product and customer about the margin
performance.
2. Efficiently track daily sales to support the sales team to achieve sales goal.
3. Calculate monthly sales incentive per each sales representative.
4. Provide analysis of pricing strategy for products and customers.
5. Produce the gross profit report by product, and customer and area.
6. Support on NPD''s pricing, what-if scenario.
7. Assist in the coordination of sales and production to control the shortage.
Project Management/Strategy Development and Implementation Support
1.Work with group leadership to executive and update strategy for Thailand operations
2.Help to develop action plans for the Thailand strategy and support key stakeholders on its
implementation
3.Evaluate progress towards strategic goals, identify upside potential/downside risks and
proactively suggest alternative/incremental actions
4.Identify potential market shifts (product, customer, competitor, regulatory), if any, and
develop proactive plans
Executive Support
1. Business intelligence (competitor analysis, business development
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field. MBA is
preferred but not a must
-More than four-year of proven management consulting from a top-tier
consulting firm (PMO-Product Management Officer experience or experience as an in-house PMO leader is preferred)
-Analytical and problem-solving mindset
-Ability to analyze, interpret issues and present solutions to complex problems to stakeholders,
facilitate large group meetings to resolve issues, assignment brief
-Strong communication skills in listening and managing
-Driven, ambitious and able to work independently.
-Ability to command authority and mobilize resources to enable the company’s growth.
-Strong team player with hands-on “can-do” attitude. Self-starter who enjoys making positive impact on business
-Commercial and growth mind-set, able to support the country managers to grow top line.
-Good presentation skills and ability to put data together in a presentable manner for various stakeholders.
-Fluent in English
