1.Invent new dessert recipes, develop brands, and adjust according to company''s goal
2.Test dessert recipes
3.Continuously improve dessert recipes according to market demand.
4.Manage processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
5.Offers a variety of baking ideas upon requested

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age not over 35 years old.
-Graduated from well-known institute for Pastry and Bekery
-Active, Vibrant, Creative person
-3-5 years of experience as R&D in bakery and pastry in Well-Known Bakery, Coffee Shop, or others
-English in intermediate level is required
