JOB DETAIL

• Coordinate various medical trainings in cooperation with KOL.
• Provide technical instruction assistance to trainees practicing clinical skills.
• Maintaining contacts with various medical personnel of hospitals and medical schools.
• Contribute to development and refinement of simulation-based trainings in cooperation with KOL.
• Support faculty and staff during planning, trialing, validation, and running of medical trainings.
• Preparing training equipment for any medical trainings.
• Managing supply inventory, placing orders, and stocking supplies for the trainings.
• Participate in efficient and cost-effective management of consumable supplies, durable resources, and general cleanliness.
• Work with volunteer students as assigned.
• Being able to work with medical simulators.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 3 or more years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Thailand
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication. Good knowledge of English is a must, as the successful candidate
is expected to communicate with foreign medical personnel as well.
• Motivation to create a collaborative academic environment that is all-encompassing, respectful, and enhances diversity of

• Proficient with hardware and software (word, excel, ppt) computer skills.
• Proficient healthcare-related technology skills, including electronic health records.
• Ability to demonstrate self-direction, creativity, and logical problem-solving skills on a consistent basis.
• Ability to take initiative and conceive new ideas that will streamline and make processes more effective.
• Ability to work with others who may be in crisis with a calm and respectful demeanor.
• Effective task and time management abilities with multiple projects.

• Ability to achieve effective collaboration and productivity as a team member.
• Demonstrates application of simulation-based education best practices.
• Knowing the use of medical simulators is a strong plus.
