- Responsible for finding space to open new branches or replace the original. Including expansion and franchise sales abroad and support for booth space for merchandising.
- Feasibility of a bargain for the area. Implementation of the agreement related to all types of evaluation, analysis and conclusion after the opening / relocation / Branch booth.
- Responsible for opening new branches. Document Checklist to open new branches, all departments document concluding the project coordinator with the Area Supervisor and the contractor, so that bad as to open.
- Responsible for the coordination work, design, decorating contractors. Project control bargaining since the start until the project is closed.
- Manage contracts, which involves all kinds of evaluation. Analysis and conclusions after the opening of new branches and move out/booth.
- Survey, evaluate, and execute on Touch Up & Renovate existing branches.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance shop. All types of used equipment, including electronic equipment, Cap Nick

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female.
- Age: 35 years old up
- Bachelor''s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Experience 3 – 5 years in Responsible for Controlling new building project, Business Development
- Have knowledge in Interior design for shop is preferable
- The ability to manage the planning, strategic thinking. Problem solving Risk Management Negotiating a coordinated initiative.
- Good command in English both Speaking and Writing
