(Key Responsibilities)
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer accounts for international freight forwarding services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Cross-border Transport) and related logistics solutions. The role requires achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality service.

- Identify and develop new customer opportunities in the domestic and international markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing solutions that fit their logistics needs.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate between customers and the operations team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and report regularly to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2+) is more advantageous
- Strong knowledge of international freight services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Cross-border Transport).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
