1. Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accuracy in annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
2. Check and analyze automotive market trends and sales situations to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Manage monthly margins and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
4. Act as a key liaison with the parent company to drive financial discipline.
5. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors to support company-wide goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning, or Business Analysis (Automotive industry experience is highly preferred).
- Highly strong experience in international trade and tax, closing accounts is a plus.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Advance Excel).
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 550)
