- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Work closely with the team leader to ensure project status is accurate and that issues are escalated promptly.
- Monitor overall project status, including risks and issues, and manage the development team’s workload effectively.
- Supervise and oversee the development team, setting targets to improve both technical capabilities and development processes.
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in embedded software development, including system design, implementation, and advanced C programming.
- Proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and team management.
- Strong knowledge of project management, development processes, and the ability to lead and guide cross‑functional teams.
- Solid understanding of IDE tools, software development environments, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Able to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and handle technical documentation and routine tasks with accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
