JOB DETAIL

This is a newly created position designed to support the team's growing client base. The Accountant will work closely with the Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, tax filings, and client account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience to develop their skills in an international consulting environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry for a portfolio of corporate clients
Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare and submit monthly tax filings including VAT (PP.30), withholding tax (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53), and social security contributions
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and corporate income tax returns (PND.50)
Support the Senior Accountant in client reporting, month-end closing, and audit preparation
Maintain organised and accurate client accounting files and records
Communicate with clients on routine accounting matters in Thai; basic English communication as needed
Stay updated on relevant changes to Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant or General Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
Solid knowledge of Thai tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax
Experience working in an accounting firm, consulting environment, or handling multiple client accounts is an advantage
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Express, QuickBooks, or similar)
Intermediate English proficiency — basic reading and written communication is sufficient
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small team environment
