Consulting project
• Manage project KPIs and generate reports/dashboards from various data sources
• Actively participate in data collection and analysis, client interviews, and contribute to the team’s recommendations
• Provide hands-on support in executing solutions to achieve project goals

Communication
• Deliver presentations to clients across various industries and backgrounds
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration, understanding their concerns, designing change plans, and gaining acceptance for the team’s proposed solutions

Marketing and Sales
• Support seminars and lectures at business schools to enhance branding, explore business opportunities, and expand client networks
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business development
• Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations
• Aid in planning and executing marketing events

Organization
• Implement and assist in organization-related projects

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・0-3 years of experience in Business Consulting, Strategy, or related fields, preferably within a business consulting firm.
・Outstanding academic performance and strong record of extracurricular activity
・Strong research/analysis experience and abilities, including excellent Excel skills
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills"
・English: Professional level (both spoken and written)
・Japanese : intermediate level (both spoken and written) (prefer not must)
