Scope: Responsible for controlling raw material preparation and pre-mixing process before production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control RM withdrawal according to BOM/Recipe with full traceability (Lot/Batch)
• Ensure homogeneous mixing (ratio, sequence, time, speed)
• Control raw material quality and prevent contamination or grade mixing
• Monitor mixing parameters and prepare shift reports
• Coordinate with QC for sampling/testing and analyze out-of-spec results
• Support formula adjustment to improve consistency (MFI/color/appearance)
• Supervise equipment readiness (mixer, silo, feeder, crusher) with Maintenance
• Ensure EHS compliance and provide OJT to operators

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Materials / Polymer / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in plastic, recycling, compounding, or material mixing
• Knowledge of recipe control, traceability, and contamination prevention
• Intermediate level of English
