- Oversee and manage assigned projects to ensure efficient execution.
- Manage project personnel and overall system operations.
- Control project budgets, including materials, equipment, and labor costs, to ensure alignment with the approved plan.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning system design/drawing.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to perform quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Capable of preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings for building system works.
- Able to supervise and control on-site work to ensure compliance with project plans.
