This is a sales engineer position at an IT company that provides a well-known no-code business application in Japan.

【Job Description】

- New Customer Proposals (Pre-Sales Activities)
- You will be cooperating with the sales team for developing sales strategies.
- Documentation (Technical proposal and etc...)
- Presentation to propose the products
- Handling technical inquiries (Q&A)
- System Implementation and onboarding


- Supporting and maintaining existing customers
- Conducting technical training sessions to customers
- Handling technical inquiries (Troubleshooting, Usage support, and etc...)


- Technical knowledge transfer of the products
- Supporting sales team by providing technical supports
- Handling technical inquiries


- Custom development for Saas using JavaScript and no-code tools


- Responding to incidents (Example: Service outages)
- Internal system development and operation
- Internal meetings
- All other tasks assigned by company

※Hybrid work : WFH 3 days per week

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree in any
・Must have Business level of English skill (*Preferred to have Japanese skills but not necessary)
・Minimum 3 years of experience as a IT Sales Engineer or System Engineer
・Strong programming experience (JavaScript)
・Must have experiences in making system proposal as well as project management
・Must have working experience in SaaS product company
