【About job and company】
This is a sales position at an IT company that provides a well-known no-code business application in Japan.
Your main duty is that developing sales and marketing strategy with existing sales-partner company.

【Job Description】
- You will be acting as the key account for the Japanese sales-partner company.
- You will be cooperating with both the internal partner sales team and partner to form annual KPIs and budget strategy for the channel
- Creating sales plans
- Conducting seminars and other sales promotional activities
- Having periodic meeting with the partner (Japanese and Thai) to follow up on sales and marketing strategy
- You will be participating in both online and offline seminars and act as speakers at times (English, Thai, Japanese)
- Wrapping up the sales result every half year
- Cooperate with the internal Japanese Business Development team to identify and penetrate Japanese market in Thailand
- You will be reporting to partner sales team lead
- Other tasks assigned by company

※Hybrid work : WFH 3 days per week

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree in any
・Must have Business level of Japanese skill (N2 or N1)
・Must have Business level of English skill
・Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
・Sales experiences in IT field would be preferred
・Must be able to utilize digital tools like spread sheet, project management software, cloud platform, presentation tools
