Position: Junior Account Receivable
Team of: 6 Staffs + 1 Temporasry Staff (3AR Staffs 3APStaffs & 1 Manager)
Report directly to Thai manager

- Key date in SAP HANA system (OE, VAT 0% and 7%).
- Receive purchase invoice (AP) YTMT (HT & SAP Hana).
- Cash Flow forecast (Receivable OE customer).
- Responsible for AR collection including cheque control, bank reconciliation, receipt issuance, and AR voucher recording.
- Monitor outstanding balances, update aging and collection reports, and follow up overdue payments.
- Issue monthly billing notes and sales invoices via SAP HANA system.
- Support OEM customers (Mitsubishi, Toyota, Isuzu, Nissan) for tax invoice processing and system data entry.
- Assist in fixed asset registration and depreciation reporting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in *accounting field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as accountant (AR).
- Proficient in Excel and SAP.
- Lower intermediate level of English.
