Position: Parts Manager - ดูแลเรื่องหลังการขาย ขายอะไหล่ การซ่อม การ maintenance, etc.
Department: Parts อะไหล่ (สำหรับรถงานก่อสร้าง Wheel Loader รถตัก Excavator รถขุด, Rollers, Motor Graders , Dozers, etc.)
Team of 2 (Chinese nationality, able to speak Thai)
Report Directly to Regional Parts Manager (Singapore HQ)
Marketing Planning (Support Dealers in Thailand, Vietnam, Australia)
Type of clients: dealers in Thailand & countries in Asia Pacififc

Responsibilities:
- Achieve KPIs and planning development plan.
- Communicate with dealers for annual sales target, strategy & action plan.
- Analyze Parts Sales Forecast, opportunity and development of the sales & marketing trends.
- Research and analyze the parts market & competitors' products & price etc.
- Develop Parts Sales channel/platforms.
- Support dealer to develop parts sales, stock plan, marketing plan, promotion, campaigns, new product launch and any spare parts related activities to achieve the parts sales target.
- Monitor & support dealers' sales performance and business operation.
- Follow up & solve complains and issues from dealers & customers.
- Responsibel for key project, key account support & coordinate related to parts.
- Responsible for dealers' training process.
- Communicate and update with warehouse in Vietnam & Australia.
- Other tasks assigned by Regional Parts Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- *Minimum 3 years as in construction machinery parts/heavy machinery parts (i.e. parts for Wheel Loader, Excavator, Rollers, Motor Graders , Dozers, Pavers, Cold Planer, Skid Steer Loaders , Backhoe Loaders).
- *Familiar with local parts market major competitors & suppliers.
- *Native in Chinese.
- *Business level of English. (If able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage).
- SAP system knowledge is preferred
- Required personal car & driver's license.
- Able to travel to Ayudhaya regularly. (Affiliate Office & Warehouse).
