- Prepare, review, and provide legal advice on various legal documents, such as settlement agreements and other legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and minimizing risks to the organization.
- Monitor and ensure that all departments comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations to prevent violations, and oversee continuous compliance improvement activities across the organization.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for BOI projects, manage BOI conditions and privileges, and ensure the organization maximizes benefits from investment promotion.
- Prepare and organize shareholders’ and board of directors’ meetings in compliance with the Articles of Association (AoA) and relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and update medium-term plans, organizational structures, and job descriptions to support the company’s objectives.
- Plan, supervise, provide guidance, and support subordinates, as well as summarize and report progress and issues to management.
- Collaborate with management in business planning and policy development.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong expertise in interpreting and applying relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of organizational context.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English communication skills.
