JOB DETAIL

-Develop sales strategies and execute marketing plans for Modern Trade channels.
-Coordinate with sales teams and customers to create effective trade promotion plans tailored to each sales channel.
-Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategies and respond promptly to sales situations.
-Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets for each channel efficiently.
-Prepare performance reports summarizing the results of promotional or marketing activities.
-Support and execute in-store activities at points of sale.
-Design and secure media space, both offline and online.
-Oversee overall operations and manage the team to ensure targets are achieved.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales & Marketing.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
-Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
-High level of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
