JOB DETAIL

- Identify, validate, and execute strategies to penetrate new markets or application segments for chemical portfolio in Thailand and Oversea
- Convert market insights into actionable sales strategies; lead the closing of complex, large-scale commercial agreements, including long-term supply contracts and joint development partnerships.
- Develop and drive comprehensive 3-5 year growth strategies for specific product lines or geographic regions
- Design robust financial proposals, including pricing models, cost-to-serve analyses, and ROI calculations for strategic projects
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover market trends, opportunities, and performance metrics that inform strategic planning
- Create clear, high-impact dashboards and reports (using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to communicate commercial insights to stakeholders
- Oversee the collection and preparation of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for business decision-makin
- Build and sustain long-term, high-level relationships with R&D, Procurement, and Executive leadership at client organizations
- Work seamlessly across internal functions (R&D, Operations, Legal) to ensure product requirements and client needs are met

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing. An M.B.A. or Master’s in a technical field is a plus
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Business Development or Strategic Sales experience specifically within the Specialty Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or B2B Manufacturing sectors
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to identify, validate, and successfully penetrate new markets or application segments for chemical products
- Demonstrated history of converting market insights into actionable sales strategies and closing complex, large-scale commercial agreements
- Strong competence in developing comprehensive financial proposals, including pricing models, cost-to-serve analysis, and establishing return on investment (ROI) for strategic projects
- Expert negotiation skills, managing the complexities of supply chain agreements, contracts, and joint development agreements
- Skilled in analyzing datasets to uncover trends, market opportunities, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel techniques
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across internal functions (R&D, Operations, Legal) to ensure new product requirements and client needs are met seamlessly
