JOB DETAIL

- Handle inquiries and communication with overseas clients.
- Prepare and submit quotation to clients.
- Key purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in business administration (Marketing) or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in import/export or logistics operation & documentation from manufacturing company.
- Intermediate levle of English (To correspondence via emails & phone calls with foreign clients i.e. Japan, Singapore, India, etc.
- Able to work on 2 Saturdays per month.
