- Handle full-cycle General Ledger (GL) accounting, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end / quarter-end closing.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and related management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Review and reconcile GL accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare quarterly corporate income tax computations (Tax Computation) and related supporting schedules.
- Prepare reporting packages and control the accuracy of data uploaded into Honda’s BOFC system (quarterly).
- Prepare relevant sections of IFRS reports, ensuring consistency with group reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including KPMG audit, J-SOX, HM audit, and in-house audits.
- Control and oversee overall accounting operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely financial reporting.
- Support Accounting Manager / management and coordinate with other departments on GL-related and financial reporting matters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Accounting major).
- At least 5 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of month-end and quarter-end closing, GL reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting, including cost structure, inventory, and production-related accounting entries.
- Experience in tax computation and coordination with auditors will be an advantage.
- Familiar with IFRS and group reporting packages is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) will be a strong advantage.
