JOB DETAIL

- Gather and analyze business requirements from banking and financial clients.
- Analyze and document business processes for financial systems (e.g. Payment, Loan, Deposit, Core Banking)
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and system specifications.
- Act as a bridge between clients, developers, and QA teams.
- Prepare key documents such as BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
- Support system testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience a Business Analyst, with strong in technical skills.
- Background in banking, financial, insurance or loan systems (Eg. ATM/ Reconcile/ Payment)
- Strong understanding of financial business processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with SDLC (Agile / Waterfall)
- English is in intermediate level. (To communicate with international project)
